You can return most products within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Some items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, including opened skincare products.
